The Bursa Technical University Project Support Office was established in February 2023 to develop a project culture and provide technical support to faculty members in the preparation, presentation, and implementation of projects.

The Project Support Office aims to increase research capacity and the number of Research and Development (R&D) projects by developing the university's strategic priorities and plans and offering products to the service of society.

The Project Support Office, which aims to encourage students and faculty members to prepare projects, provides consultancy services to project owners on the subjects of original value, widespread impact, and project feasibility in national and international projects, as well as technical support to faculty members in the project preparation, presentation, and implementation phases. It helps to correct the missing or erroneous parts of rejected projects.

The Project Support Office will encourage the planning and implementation of interdisciplinary research and the formation of research groups, coordinate studies related to project preparation and implementation. It creates a database of faculty members' fields of study and projects proposed or supported by faculty members at the university, and publishes this information and project outputs on the office's web page.

The office also collaborates with national and international organizations on project preparation, development, and management and organizes scientific meetings. In multi-partner projects, it contributes to the formation of project teams and helps to organize meetings and discussions between project partners.
