The Bursa Technical University Project Support Office was established in February 2023. Its purpose is to support faculty members and students in the preparation, submission and implementation of research projects. The Office helps with national and international proposals, offering guidance on originality, impact, feasibility and proposal structure.

For proposals that are unsuccessful, the Office supports authors by helping them to address missing or incorrect elements, revise their submissions, and prepare for re-submission. During project execution, the Office provides administrative and technical assistance to ensure projects run smoothly and comply with requirements.

The Office maintains a database of faculty expertise and project activity at the university. It publishes this information along with project outputs on its website. In this way, it provides a transparent overview of ongoing and completed projects for internal and external audiences.

The Office also collaborates with national and international partner organisations for multi-partner projects. It helps organise meetings and coordination among project partners. The Office supports interdisciplinary research by bringing together staff from different departments when projects cross traditional academic boundaries.

In addition, the Office offers professional English proofreading for academic articles and project proposals. It provides a virtual panel service for TÜBİTAK proposals, and consultancy on project applications to support success rates and align efforts with university strategic goals.

The Bursa Technical University Project Support Office serves as a consistent point of support throughout the project lifecycle. It supports research activity at the university and aims to ensure that project outcomes are communicated clearly and effectively.
